Pura In Tanah Lot
Tanah Lot Located in Tabanan, sekitar 20 km dari Denpasar.means is “Land in The sea”in Balinese Language. there is the temple sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. known as Pura Tanah Lot, juts out to sea on a rocky background.

The royal Taman Ayun temple was built by one of the last priests to come to Bali from Java in the 16th century. The temple stands on the top of a huge rock, surrounded by the sea and is one of Bali’s most important sea temples.
At the base of the rocky island, poisonous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders. A giant snake purportedly protects the temple, which was created from Nirata’s scarf when he established the island.
